Our chefs de cuisine, Henry Tikkanen and Pekka Terävä are experienced and respected experts of food industry. They both have received the Chef of the Year award and represented Finland at international arenas.
As the basis of Gösta restaurant’s flavors is our chefs de cuisine selecting localy, quality ingredients according to season. The delicacies will also feature influences from outside our own country. Restaurant Gösta is famous for its pure tastes stemming from Finnish nature.
