Our chefs de cuisine, Henry Tikkanen and Pekka Terävä are experienced and respected experts in the food industry. They both have received the Chef of the Year award and represented Finland in international arenas.

The focus of Gösta restaurant’s flavors is our chefs de cuisine selecting locally sourced, quality ingredients according to the season. The delicacies also feature influences from outside our own country. Restaurant Gösta is famous for its pure tastes stemming from Finnish nature.
